Finding a gardener often starts with an unclear question. Fix Your Garden turns that question into a practical job request while you stay in control of the choice.

1. Describe your garden job

Start with your email address and postcode. We then ask about the type of work, garden size, ground, access, timing and waste. You do not need specialist knowledge.

2. See an indicative price range

The range uses the chosen service, your answers and our catalogue rules. It helps you plan and compare, but it is not a binding quotation.

3. Suitable gardeners are invited

We look at area, type of work and availability. Invitations are sent in fair batches so the same businesses do not get every opportunity. A reply or availability cannot be guaranteed.

4. Compare and choose

You review replies in a secure dashboard and compare approach, timing, price and notes. You choose one gardener. Contact details are exchanged only after that choice.

What if no one can help?

We show that clearly. Depending on the situation, the request may be offered to other available gardeners. No reply is not proof that the job was completed.
